The Shaw Campus is within a 10-minute walking distance to Lok Fu Place, a popular shopping mall where students will easily find restaurants serving multi-national cuisines. On campus, there is a handful of fast food restaurants and cafes at convenient locations where you can go between classes with friends at an affordable price.
The Au Shue Hung Memorial Library has a comprehensive collection of Chinese and Western books, periodicals, non-print materials and newspaper clippings. A useful “HKALL” library loan service is also available, i.e. HKBU students can borrow books from all UGC-funded universities in Hong Kong.
Students can use the Wai Hang Sports Centre of the University, and also the Joint Sports Centre which is managed jointly by Hong Kong Baptist University, City University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
The MScBM Alumni Association has recently established to foster a closer relationship among students and alumni. It also facilitates network development and community outreach by actively promoting valuable recreational, social and cultural activities. Students can arrange the accommodation via the Office of Student Affairs, HKBU. Students can choose to stay at the Dr. Ng Tor Tai International House, a 3-star hotel situated on the campus exclusively for visiting scholars, post-graduate and official guests of HKBU.
